Parkway Inn is such a blessing. My car broke down outside of town on my way back to Louisville, no one would tow me and I was a two hour walk away at night. A stranger picked me up and drove me to the Inn. I was able to stay the night, the room was nice and beds super comfortable. Everyone I told about Parkway Inn had nothing but good things to say. Even my tow truck driver from Lexington! In the morning, since I didn't have a car, I asked the Inn staff if there was somewhere close I could walk to eat because it was raining. They said no, but then offered to take my order and pick me up something from town! After that she just gave me half her breakfast! What a treat. The staff here is super nice and they know how to take care of people. Would definitely stay a night if you're passing through!

Love everything about this place. Give it the bathrooms a small, but why do you need a massive bathroom? They are big enough to shower and go do your business. I have stayed here countless times. Parkway is some of the nicest people you can meet. I stay almost every time I roll in to Whitesburg. Super close to town. Nice parking lot. Friendly! Comfortable! I have no negative things about it!
Very clean, staff is very friendly. It's a basic, old fashioned roadside motel. We slept wonderfully. No riff raff.
Clean quiet place in a secluded area. Rooms have no microwave or fridge, bed top comforters outdated, BUT the beds are soft and comfy. Rooms are clean, nonodors. Ice machine/ complimentary coffee is in office. The hotel is up the mountain from a shopping center and multiple food places, walmart,family friendly, handicap accessible. Staff is friendly and it's always a great experience.
The room was nice. It smelled a little musty/damp but other than that it was a good value!
Absolutely the most beautiful little hotel in the area. Barely a soul there. Quiet. Beds are immaculately comfortable. Rooms clean as could ever be hoped for!!! Staff at midnight excellent and ready to receive! Professional, knowledgeable! Absolute perfection. I will stay here again for leisure for the simple fact of the cleanliness and bed comfort and sleep we got. This is the GEM of the Queen of the Mountains in this fantastically located hidden diamond of this area. Just jaw dropping!! The peace was immeasurable! Keep up the fantastic work. And I pray this review results in fantastic income! Oh yea the price! Don't let it fool you! They SHOULD BE CHARGING MUCH MORE! The peace, cleanliness, sleep comfort, worth every penny and MORE. I love this motel the only one in miles and miles. Sad that they are closing and is sold every year when we visit the lewis grave we always stayed here. Very peaceful. Quiet. The people are so friendly
Best place to stay in let her county friendly people and surprisingly nice rooms not the best a nicest in the world but they are very nice and clean would stay there again
Such a cute little hotel. Great place to stay if you're visiting Whitesburg or Jenkins. The room was very clean and if you get room 101, the bed doesn't doesn't squeek at all (trust me). I've bucket even came with a bag to put in the bucket. Soda machine orks. Staff was very kind and professional.
